CC4 Museum of Welsh Cricket
CC4 Museum of Welsh Cricket

CC4 are delighted today to be announcing the “unveiling” of their latest project – the CC4 Museum of Welsh Cricket at the SWALEC Stadium in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.

 As well as many of the artefacts you’d expect to see in a Museum, CC4 have also ensured that this particular Museum will have a contemporary flavour to it as well;

Visitors to the Museum will be able to read around each subject by accessing the “Interactive Guide to the Museum” which will be made available to them on a number of computer consoles found throughout the Museum.

They will also be able to see and hear cricketing stories via the “TaleEnders” project, and will be able to play some unique and entertaining cricket games, “Batio” and “Shwmae”, which have been created specifically for the Museum.

And schoolchildren will be able to learn the national curriculum by using cricket when they come and have a lesson in the Museum using the “CricEd” project.

Some pictures from the launch event will follow shortly.
